The workflow: Copy the incoming email into AI. Tell it your role and how you typically respond. It drafts a response in your voice. You review, adjust, send. Over time, give it examples of your best responses so it matches your exact tone.

Every meeting generates notes. Those notes need to become action items, assigned to people, with deadlines. This usually takes someone 15-30 minutes of organising after each meeting. Most people skip it entirely, which is worse.

The workflow: Record a 5-minute voice note about a topic you know well. Transcribe it (your phone can do this). Feed it to AI with instructions to turn it into 4-5 pieces of content: a LinkedIn post, a blog outline, an email snippet, and 3 social posts.
Pro tip: One 5-minute voice note = a full week of content. Record one every Monday morning and you'll never run out of things to post.
